LandMatch Pro is a marketplace for off-market land deals. We help serious buyers — investors, developers, builders, and recreational buyers — find parcels that aren't yet on Zillow, LandWatch, or the MLS.

Why off-market

The best land deals are bought before they're listed. Active MLS inventory is competitive, priced near retail, and saturated with bidders. We surface parcels with owner-intent signals — tax delinquency, probate, absentee ownership, expired listings — so you reach the seller before the competition does.

What's in beta today

We're onboarding investors one county at a time. During the beta, accounts are free. Once we open to the public, we'll move to a paid model with transparent pricing.
